Pogba: Sanchez will bring a lot to Manchester United

Paul Pogba has defended his teammate Alexis Sanchez, saying that he is a ‘hard worker’ and is still adapting to the change in style at Manchester United.
Sanchez made the high profile move to Manchester United back in January, and despite being immediately thrust into the United first-team, he has flattered to deceive with a number of disappointing displays.
Despite Anthony Martial putting in a good performance in midweek in the Champions League, the Frenchman was dropped back to the bench in place of Sanchez for this weekend’s 1-1 draw against Wolves, only for the Chilean to disappoint once again.

However, Paul Pogba has leapt to the defence of the former Arsenal and Barcelona forward, saying that he is still trying to get used to Jose Mourinho’s style of play:
“What you have to know about Alexis is he is a hard worker,” Pogba said after the game against Wolves.

“He trains very well, he always tries to help the team, talks with the team and everything. He will get used to it.

“When you play a long time with another team and you play different football in that other team you have some kind of adaptation that you have to have. It’s not that he is playing bad.

“We know that Alexis Sanchez can bring a lot and I’m sure he will. I’m sure he will. But he’s not playing bad and he keeps being positive, you know, so that’s the good thing we have to think about.”
