Jose Mourinho set to lure Barcelona ace to old trafford

Manchester United coach, Jose Mourinho is making effort to lure Jordi Alba to old Trafford, with a transfer for the Spanish man now becoming very likely.

According to reports from Spanish media outlet, Don Balon, Barcelona are yet to offer Jordi Alba a new contract extension and José is set to climb on that opportunity to lure the player to old Trafford.
The center back player is undoubtedly one of the best defenders in Europe, for the last few years, playing as a fundamental figure to Barca’s success.

The Spain international has lifted four La Liga cups one Champions League, with some other trophies at the Nou Camp, while it’s understandable that Jose might want that kind of experience in his team.

But, the recent bid on Alba is somewhat surprising after Luke Shaw has recently showed some of his brilliant form of his career at Manchester United’s defensive back line.

Even if Jordi Alba has gotten some wealth of experience at the defensive back line, there doesn’t seem to be a huge need for him, but Mourinho is known for his desire to sign ready made players through out his managerial career.

However, Don Balon reports that Lionel Messi wants the Spanish man to remain at Barcelona as a key figure and help the team progess more than he has done in previous years.
