Mauro
Icardi is set to snub interest from Manchester United and Chelsea and
sign a contract extension with Inter Milan, according to reports.
Manchester United and Chelsea have all linked with Icardi for the past year and a failure to commit his long-term future to the club has led to speculation he could leave the club.
And now, according to Gazzetta dello Sport, both parties seem to have reached an agreement and confirmation of a new contract for the striker should be announced in the coming days.
The report states that Inter have offered Icardi a £5million per-year deal, which would tie him down until 2023.
