During the transfer window, it was clear that Chelsea really made a jaw dropping spendings on transfers and It is recorded that only Manchester City made more spendings than Chelsea. Manchester City has made enough transfers in the last couple of transfer windows making them number one spenders and Chelsea coming behind them.
Surprisingly, Everton are also on the list ahead of their rival Tottenham Hotspur. Everton are 15th on the list of highest spending clubs over the last few years.
