Chelsea rival Liverpool to sign €25m-rated tough-tackling FB

The stage is set for the biggest football competition of the world being hosted by Russia, but the transfer front of the media is heavily awash with news.

Chelsea are yet to resolve their managerial issues, but they are yet slugging it out with Liverpool and Paris Saint Germain for the signature of  Alex Telles, this is according to report.

Telles joined Porto in the summer of 2016 from Seria A outfit Inter Milan and he’s currently one of the best left full backs for the Premeira Liga outfit. Following his barnstorming displays, he’s been noticed across top European clubs who are now looking to prise him away from the Portuguese league.

Le Parisien via Readchelsea mentioned Chelsea and Liverpool among the clubs vying for his signature.

There is so much speculation surrounding the future of Marcos Alonso for Chelsea. The star is heavily linked with a move to the Spanish league and should he leave, Emerson Palmieri isn’t trusted by Antonio Conte.

While Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool have secured the signing of some players, Chelsea are yet to do same but Telles could be their first summer signing.

Meanwhile, Liverpool are not short of options for the left full back position but Jurgen Klopp is looking to sign rock solid left full back with pace and Telles fits that description.

The 25-year-old Brazilian is valued 25,00 Mill. € according to transfermarkt.
