Chelsea defender Suffer injury and was pull out from international Duty (Picture)

Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger has suffered injury during training and was pulled out of Germany’s international friendlies coming up against the Netherlands and France.

The 2014 World Champions are having to deal with a top absentee after Rudiger, expected to start the game under Joachim Low who is keen to rebuild his side who failed miserably at the 2018 World Cup in Russia.

The FIFA calendar has European sides playing in the UEFA Nations League and the Die Mannschaft are pitted with current world champions France who they will take on after they battle Holland first.
According to Goal, his replacement has been decided on and it’s former Liverpool midfielder Emre Can who now plays with Juventus in the Italian Serie A.

Rudiger suffered a groin injury that needed treatment after Chelsea’s 3-0 win over Southampton last weekend and has now cost him a possible two caps for Germany. He will be racing against time to be fit for the game against Manchester United in the Premier League once the international break is over.
