Chelsea want to sign £70m-rated creative midfielder

Chelsea keen to sign Juventus star Miralem Pjanic in this summer. Blues new coach Maurizio Sarri wants to improve the midfield and his main target is Bosnia international. Old Lady already signed Emre Can and Cristiano Ronaldo and have to sell several players to keep the balance.

Chelsea wants to use this situation and sign Pjanic. Fabregas already 31-year-old and hee needs replacement. Blues are ready to pay £70m for the 28-year-old midfielder.

Bosnian midfielder joined the Old Lady from Roma in 2016 with a €32m deal.

He quickly suited the club and became an unchanged figure for the club. In this season Miralem played 49 games, scored 7 goals and made 9 assists in all competition.

He is contracted with Juventus until 2021 and his release clause is nearly £70m.

Chelsea already signed Napoli midfielder Jorginho and Sarri continuous to strengthen Blues squad.

It will be hard to add Pjanic as Juventus will do everything to keep the player but on the other side, the Italian club have too many midfielders and someone has to leave the club in this summer. If Miralem wants to get regular game time Chelsea is the best option for him.
