Official: 36million Top Rated target is officially announced

Most of the big Premier League clubs this season are suffering from the lack of signings where teams like Manchester United and Chelsea have signed just one senior player during the summer transfer windows.

However, one of the top-rated targets for the Premier League giants has officially signed a long-term contract and was officially announced after a shocking and unpredictable move.

The Brazilian top-rated forward, Malcom, has officially signed a long-term contract with the Spanish La Liga giant, FC Barcelona in a shocking deal where he was expected to sign with the Italian Serie A club, A.S. Roma.

Malcom was on the radar of several Premier League clubs such as Manchester United who are keen to sign a forward or winger, Chelsea who are trying to find replacements for Eden Hazard and Willian, Liverpool who are interested in signing a forward to strengthen the squad especially after the long-term injury of Chamberlain, Arsenal, and Tottenham Hotspurs as well.

The Brazilian player has chosen to play for the La Liga champions, Barcelona, instead of any of the Premier League clubs where he moved for a transfer fee of 36million British Pounds and a yearly salary of 4million Euros.

Knowing that Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspurs were on the edge of signing the player during last winter transfer windows where his agent was pictured in London while negotiating the potential move for the 21 years old forward.
