European giants ready to plot official offer for Arsenal £110,000-a-week star

Arsenal central midfielder Aaron Ramsey is the subject of strong interest from Chelsea, who are willing to make a £30 million move for the Welshman.

According to the British daily middle-market tabloid newspaper The Daily Mail, via The BBC, Chelsea are prepared to make their move on Aaron, who is facing an uncertain future at The Emirates Stadium.

The report states that Chelsea will offer a sum in the region of £30 million for the Welsh star. Ramsey has one year left on his current contract at Arsenal and is still in negotiations to extend his contract with the club.

Spanish manager Unai Emery is interested to keep Ramsey at Arsenal and sees midfielder as an important member of his team going forward.

The 27-year-old star netted 11 goals in all competitions for the north London club last season, including seven goals in 22 Premier League matches. He has made over 300 appearances for the Gunners since his move from Cardiff City back in 2008.
