Done Deal: Chelsea Allowed English Forward to Sign For Championship Club

Chelsea have reportedly decided to allow British forward Tammy Abraham to join Aston Villa on a season-long loan deal.

Abraham is currently regarded as third choice striker under Maurizio Sarri behind Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud, and the England international could have been kept in reserve following their participation in Europe League.

However, according to The Sun, the Villian are expected to announce the loan signing of Abraham before the closure of the transfer window on Friday.

The Villians head-coach Steve Bruce has previously acknowledged that he would be interested in securing the services of Abraham should he become available.

Abraham netted five times in 31 Premier League outings for Swansea City last season but during 2016-17, 23 goals were scored for Bristol City in the Championship. Chelsea have reportedly decided to allow forward Tammy Abraham to link up with Aston Villa on loan.

Meanwhile, Burton Albion have revealed that Chelsea goalkeeper Brad Collins has joined the club until January.

The League One club have been forced into the transfer market after regular stopper Stephen Bywater was ruled out for at least a month with a shoulder injury.

That has resulted in Burton moving for 21-year-old Collins, who made 45 appearances for Forest Green Rovers during the last campaign.
