Jose Mourinho reveals why Ed Woodward is scared to sack him

Jose Mourinho has revealed why it will be difficult for Manchester United to hand him the sack, per report.

Fans and pundits have been critical with the Portuguese tactician’s show-off this term that has culminated in two consecutive defeats for the Red Devils in the Premier league this term.

United started the season brightly with a win over Leicester City but they suffered defeats to Brighton and Tottenham. Nonetheless, they bounced back with a win over Burnley on Sunday but Mourinho has been described as unfit for the managerial job of the side by many.

While it is expected that the discontent amongst the fans of United may have been dowsed by the win over Burnley, some of the club’s fans had arrange for a plane which flew a banner that was tagged ‘Ed Woodward – a specialist in failure.’

Since the departure of Sir Alex Ferguson, United have sought stability and it appears that Mourinho is very well trusted to bring back the glory days for the club. According to Givemesport, Mourinho was quizzed about his possible sack and he responded as thus:
“If they sent me away, do you have any idea how much
money they would have to give me?!
“They say I’m in danger, but I don’t think so.”
No doubt, Jose Mourinho is a World class manager and he has been able to put together a formidable and top-class team. The problem of United are apparently blown out of proportion and with a little patience, the side would be able to compete favourable with the other teams.

The season is very much still young and Man United are contenders for the title.
