Shaqiri has signed a Liverpool shirt for former Manchester United star
Gary Neville after he lost a bet against ex-Red Jamie Carragher.
After beating his fellow Sky Sports pundit, Carragher said: “That’s a Liverpool shirt – I’ll even buy it.
“23 Carragher on the back. No, I’ll tell you who’ll we’ll get, 23 Shaqiri on the back, he hates Shaqiri.”
The former Red Devils right-back has claimed he would go back on the wager but Carragher has taken steps to make sure he goes ahead with it.
Posting on Twitter, Carragher revealed a Shaqiri shirt signed by the Swiss international himself, meaning Neville will be expected to wear it for Sky Sports’ coverage of Crystal Palace v Liverpool on Monday night.

Shortly after Shaqiri completed his £13million move to Merseyside, he was subject to criticism from Neville and his brother Phil for his inconsistency on the pitch last season where his former side Stoke were relegated from the Premier League.
The winger dismissed the criticism at the time, claiming that he was never going to be liked by former United players at Liverpool.
And in a playful dig back, Shaqiri wrote on the back of the shirt: “To my no.1 fan Gary, please don’t track back – SORRY – please don’t backtrack on this bet.”
