Chelsea youngster set to consider summer exit because of game time

Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek will look to sign for the foreign club on loan this summer if he does not feature frequently under Maurizio Sarri.
The Times reports that the Englishman is unlikely to be moved out on loan before the closing of the transfer market next week, meaning he will start the campaign at Stamford Bridge.

Loftus-Cheek will still be able to press for a summer move abroad until the end of this month when the European windows close.
Should the England international fail to feature throughout the early stages of the Premier League term, he could be on the move once more this summer.

Crystal Palace have been strongly linked with a move for Loftus-Cheek during the summer, but it is believed the Blues’ hierarchy want to give him a chance in the senior-team squad this season.

Loftus-Cheek made an impression at Selhurst Park towards the end of the previous season and caught the eye for his country at the World Cup in Russia.

The previous season, in all competitions, the 22-year-old powerful midfielder made 25 appearances, netted 2 goals and provided 5 assists.
