Arsenal handed big boost as 21-year-old winger looking to leave UCL giants

Ousmane Dembele is worried over his future at Barcelona and is annoyed with the management’s decision to sign Malcom, according to reports in the Spanish media.
The 21-year-old star was signed for £135.5 million from Borussia Dortmund the previous summer but endured a mixed debut season at Camp Nou.

France international has been subsequently connected with several top European teams this summer, while reports have stated that the winger remains in constant contact with Arsenal’s head of recruitment Sven Mislintat as a result of their time together at Dortmund.
Arsenal manager Unai Emery has also asked the club to land a fast, direct winger before the end of the transfer market.

According to Sport, Ousmane is concerned with Blaugrana spending £36.5m on signing Malcom from Bordeaux as he considers the Brazilian prodigy as direct competition for his place.

Frenchamn anxious about becoming a rotation variant at Barcelona and the winger’s representative is now due to travel to Barcelona to hold talks with the club’s management.


Barcelona have privately assured Ousmane that he remains an important part of the squad and they have no plans to sell him this transfer market.
