Man United dealt huge blow in their pursuit of European giants key man

It is no secret that Portuguese manager Jose Mourinho is eager to bring a winger to Manchester United this summer and Ivan Perisic was Mourinho’s main target last summer, but a deal never happened.
In truth, it is no surprise that the Ivan rumour has re-surfaced this transfer market. However, the sum being mentioned now is around £80 million.

Unfortunately, from coach’s perspective at least, the move becomes visible to be dead in the water, and it looks like he will have to pursue regarding of avenues before the transfer window slams shut in two weeks.
According to the Italian website Calciomercato.com, Croatian star is keen to extend his stay at Inter Milan, in spite of the interest of Jose Mourinho and Manchester United.

Perisic impressed for his country at the World Cup and was a crucial component as they impressed on route to the final of the competition, where his side came unstuck against the French.

Having netted against England in the semi-final and in the final against France, his value has increased; but this has not deterred Jose Mourinho.
