Out-of-favour Liverpool 25-year-old star attracting attention from Germany

Liverpool could be set to sell shot-stoppers Loris Karius and Simon Mignolet this transfer market with Bayer Leverkusen showing a strong interest in Karius, the British daily broadsheet newspaper the Telegraph reports.
Having already finalised the £65 million landing of Alisson from AS Roma this transfer window and now being connected with non-league young ‘keeper Kai McKenzie-Lyle, Liverpool are believed to be ready to listen to offers for the duo.

Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen have now set their sights on a possible deal for Karius, who is said to be considering his future at the club after Brazilian’s arrival and the heavy criticism that he has faced in the latest weeks.

Rookie shot-stoppers Kamil Grabara and Caoimhin Kelleher have also made an impression Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp during pre-campaign, casting further doubt on Loris’ future at the club.

Bayer Leverkusen sold goalkeeper Bernd Leno to Arsenal earlier in the transfer market and are still searching for his replacement, with them now having set their sights on Loris.
