Willian to Manchester United, Brazilian ace personally confirm transfer decision

Chelsea winger Willian has revealed that he will be staying put at Stamford Bridge amid speculations linking him with a move to Barcelona and Manchester United, per reports.

The former Anzhi Makhachkala man has made the headlines for wanting a move away from Chelsea since the days of Antonio Conte, as he was a bit-part player.

Willian was among the Brazil party that were knocked out of the World Cup in the quarter finals but it was widely claimed that he wants out of Chelsea, with claims that he is on the radar of Barcelona and further claims that Man United agreed to meet his valuation.

According to Sportwitness who cited a report from Esporte Espetacular, Willian has personal delivered an update over his future.
“No, I’m back to England. I’m very happy at Chelsea. I’m very happy living in London,” Willian told Globo.

This would have come as a massive boost for the Blues, who have been unable to sign a new player after sealing a deal for Jorginho. Conversely, United will rue this report as Mourinho is still in the market for a defender and a forward player.

The future of Thibaut Courtois and Eden Hazard also remains unsettled but Sarri would be hoping that the aforementioned Belgian stay put at the club. They are both linked with a move to Madrid.
