ALLISON will accept a move to Liverpool once an agreement with Roma is reached.
Loris Karius has been under pressure at Anfield since his double howler in the Champions League final.
And his poor showings during pre-season has made Jurgen Klopp act and pursue a deal for Alisson.
The 25-year-old emerged as a target for Liverpool earlier this year.
And now that he has returned from the World Cup in Russia, Alisson’s future is set to be decided soon.
Chelsea and Real Madrid have also shown interest in signing the shot-stopper.
Klopp can offer the highly-rated keeper Champions League football, something Chelsea cannot.
Discussions are ongoing between Roma and Liverpool over a deal.
Chelsea have not made another bid as things stand, despite Thibaut Courtois being likely to leave Stamford Bridge this summer.
It remains to be seen whether they will look to hijack Liverpool’s move.
But the Reds are in pole position to sign Alisson now.
The clubs are less than £5m apart in their valuations.
