Chelsea Set to Hijack Liverpool Move For 23-Goals Playmaker

France international playmaker Nabil Fekir has been earmarked by Chelsea as a potential replacement for Eden Hazard, should the Belgian sign for Real Madrid.

Liverpool have been heavily linked with the signing of 24-year-old attacking midfielder all summer long and still remain keen on to secure the services of Frenchmen.
Belgium international striker is being heavily linked with a switch to the Los Blancos this summer after Spanish giants sold their superstar Cristiano Ronaldo to Serie A champions Juventus.

The Spanish giants want to sign a marquee player, with the 27-year-old striker believed to be their no.1 transfer target.

The Blues are ready to dig their heels in over Belgium international forward to hang onto him, however, they are putting plans in place in case he departs from Stamford Bridge.

According to L’Equipe, Fekir is on Sarri’s shortlist to replace the forward as they believe he could be an ideal replacement.

The France international forward has been on the verge of joining the Merseyside Reds earlier this summer, however, a move collapsed at the 11th hour.

That, though, has not put the Blues off and they are now tracking the attacking midfielder closely.
