Liverpool ladies sign Belgium international Yana Daniels

New Liverpool women’s coach has began a general overhaul that will supposedly bring back the high energy and exciting football that the club is accustomed to and known for.

Their sixth position standing in the FA Women’s Super league table last season was a low, the club therefore brought in reinforcement to improve the team performances.

They finished 14 points behind Chelsea, the women’s super league champions, which has seen the club dive into the transfer market with vim and vigour.

The recent capture of Yana Daniels has given a voice to this believe and the project being undertaken by the women’s new trainer.

Yana Daniels, 26, is a winger who can also play as a striker. She is from a footballing region and came through the youth set-up at Oud-Heverlee Leuven before moving on to play for Lierse, FC Twente and Anderlecht.

Liverpool women’s coach secured her signature with the inclination that her versatility will be of immeasurable importance to the squad he is evolving.

Other new signings have already been completed. Midfielder Jasmine Matthews was brought in from Bristol City and Defender Leighanne Robe from Millwall.


The fans are buzzing with excitement at the promises of complete football the Liverpool women will bring cum next season.
