Emery eyeing two new signings to finish Arsenal’s transfer window

Arsenal boss Unai Emery has embarked on a significant spending spree this summer to bring the likes of Bernd Leno, Sokratis Papastathopoulos, Stephan Lichtsteiner, Matteo Guendouzi and Lucas Torreira to the club.

While suggestions have stated that Emery is now happy with his squad, Goal report that Arsenal will now look to offload figures to make room for further additions as he targets two new additions.

Emery is seeking the services of a fast, direct winger as his priority for the coming weeks, while a new left-back is targeted if Nacho Monreal is offloaded.

Arsenal have already spent their £70m transfer budget this summer and will have to sell in order to raise funds for further additions, with Monreal, David Ospina and Danny Welbeck amongst the high-profile names the club are ready to listen to offers for.

The Gunners are also open to selling Shkodran Mustafi, Petr Cech, Carl Jenkinson and Lucas Perez if the right offer is made.
